On Tuesday, the Gonzaga men's basketball team arrived in Los Angeles for the third round of the NCAA tournament, known as the Sweet 16. Today, the four teams that will compete in the two Sweet 16 games in the West Region participated in press conferences, locker room interviews, and closed 90 minute practices, the first 15 minutes which were available to media at the Staples Center.

Former Zag and player for the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers Ronny Turiaf was present and giving coaching tips to the team during the practice day.

The Texas A&M Aggies will tipoff against the University of Michigan Wolverines at 4:37 p.m., and the Florida State Seminoles versus the GU Bulldogs will tipoff at 7:07 p.m. Pacific Time.
